Term of use

We try our best to get the top quality goods, but If our products you received found quality faulty, you may return it for an exchange under the below conditions:

- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging;

- When no quality issue is involved, we do not accept the return;

- When return is motivated by a quality issue, we would replace the defective item and bear the shipping fee(from us to you) at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been followed;

- Returns should be shipped via courier at client expense, and a traceable Tracking Number should be provided to us;

- Return requests should be emailed to within 7 days after your order was delivered to you.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please kindly note that All the good on the website are made exactly according to the original ones, all with tags and lables, but no certificate can be provided, and we can''t accept returning the goods by the reason.

2. Please note that returned items are subject to final inspection before exchange will be processed. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for an exchange to be processed.

3. Please also noted that "SIZE NOT FIT" is not our faulty, we are NOT responsible for the size problem. All the clothing on our website are from the factory directly. What ever where you are, the size from us are the same. if you are not sure what is your size, you can see "F.A.Q" for help. You also can email to our sales for advice, but you should inform us your height, weight etc. Meanwhile, you can order 1 pc to check the size before your big orders.

4. For all the returned goods, please contact your sales before you returned the goods.

Our sales will inform you how to write the address and other details to help us received the parcel. If you not inform us in advance, and the parcel lost, the loss will be beared by yourself.

Tips: For any quality complaint, please send us detailed e-mail with description and detailed pictures of faulty goods. After we confirm the fact, we ONLY can make the exchange for faulty products in your next order, providing you have sent us enough proof.
